Fees to Tenants
As of the 1st June 2019 no tenants referencing, administration or inventory charges will be payable by the tenants
Starting a contract: -
Refundable Holding Deposit (to Reserve a property)– Equivalent to one weeks rent which will be used towards the final balance to pay of the First months rent and five weeks deposit before you move in.
Refundable tenancy Deposit -- Equivalent to five weeks rent where the annual rent is below £50,000- and six-weeks deposit for any annual rent over £ 50,000 a year
First month’s rent in advance: - due 14 days before the tenancy commencement date.

Contract Amendment Fee £50.00 (inc VAT)
Contract negotiation, amending terms and updating your tenancy agreement during your tenancy
Lost Security Items £50.00 (inc VAT)
Plus, item cost Obtaining necessary permissions, sourcing providers and travel costs
Early termination of a contract - If a tenant requests to leave before the end of their tenancy tenants will be subject to paying an early termination fee. This will be worked out with the financial loss that the landlord will suffer in permitting the early termination of a contract.
Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments: Tenants will be subject to pay interest on any late payments of rent from the date the rental became due until the date received. The interest rate will be charged at the rate of 3% above the published Bank of England base rate and will apply to the number of days the rental remains unpaid.
Tenants are responsible for paying bills in accordance with the tenancy agreement, which could include council tax, utility payments (gas, electricity, water) and communication services (broadband, TV, phone).
